David works as a Consultant at DecisionWise, conducting organization change initiatives including, employee engagement surveys and 360 degree feedback projects for clients around the world. He excels at working with data to create executive summary reports that include insights and recommendations. He regularly works with leadership teams to explain survey results and show the impact on business outcomes. Prior to joining DecisionWise, David worked in the finance industry with both The Vanguard Group and Wells Fargo. He also spent time as an entrepreneur, building a property management company, which he later sold. He has worked in the human resources department at Adobe where his focus was on building a system and a method for tracking and reporting on performance management cases. David received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University where he specialized in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. He also has an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Finance.
