Brad Norris has been an active member in the software startup scene for 25 years shaping sales and go-to-market strategies for early stage technology companies. Brad was the first sales hire and WW VP of Field Operations at Rally Software, a pioneer of Agile/Lean software.  Brad led its growth from $0 to $75M in ARR leading to a successful IPO and eventual acquisition by CA Technologies for $480M. As the first sales hire and WW VP of Sales at VictorOps, a pioneer in DevOps and reducing alert noise, Brad has built the sales engine driving $0 to $7.5M in ARR in 36 months with a successful acquisition by Splunk. Brad has a BS in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University with an emphasis in Software Systems & Cognitive Science and a Minor in Philosophy.
