Beth Thornton is the Chief Revenue Officer at Inspire Software. Thornton was formerly the Executive Vice President, Global Sales at O.C. Tanner and has an extensive track record in optimizing sales force effectiveness and transforming national and international organizations. In addition, Thornton has industry experience in financial services, healthcare, technology, and human capital consulting with global companies such as Disney, FIS, Bank of America, Capital One, U.S. Bank, and more - helping them create effective strategies that drive strong cultures of innovation, creativity, and performance. Beth is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Communications. She sits on the Council for the Deer Valley Music Festival, works as a cancer support mentor for those diagnosed with oral or brain cancer and was recently named one of the Utah Business 30 Women to Watch.
