Christmas in July is not unheard of by any stretch of the imagination, but one local restaurant is celebrating it. And doing so with craft beer. This restaurant, I speak of, is the Bistro on Bridge located in downtown Phoenixville, PA.
The Bistro on Bridge has been a part of the Phoenixville Community for three years now. They made their mark as one of the finest restaurants in the Phoenixville area, offering live music, a relaxed dining atmosphere and perfect spot for any special occassion. As for their menu selection, Bistro offers a Mediterranean influence that has been voted Best New Restaurant in Phoenixville and atmosphere that has earned them one of the best spots for an Al Fresco dining experience.
But beyond an exquisite menu and atmosphere, Bistro on Bridge is truly noted for their craft beer selection. The beer taps are always rotating the latest and greatest in micro brews and their fridge is always stocked with rarities such as Dog Fish Head 120. That is why, come Friday, July 6th, Bistro on Bridge will be featuring Tröegs Brewing Company Mad Elf Ale, a popular holiday favorite around the holidays. Another winter seasonal being served is the Ithaca Cold Front. A Belgian Dark Ale usually not available until the Fall, early Winter.
