Presenting Microsoft Surface Tablet: iPad Gets a Mighty Rival

Presenting Microsoft Surface Tablet: iPad Gets a Mighty Rival image 221 It’s become a kind of a trend lately to say that Microsoft is gradually deteriorating and can no longer resist the competition against Apple and Samsung. In particular, the negative comments have been mostly related to the company’s mobile sector, as neither smartphones on Windows Mobile, nor tablets are known to be very convenient or amazingly-designed. However, the situation is likely to change now that the fresh Microsoft Surface tablet has been openly introduced to the public.

Why is Microsoft Surface Tablet special?

To say that the release of solely developed and manufactured Microsoft tablet has been long-expected is to say nothing. In fact, experts, rivals and, certainly, users have been waiting for a product like this for such a long time, that it’s almost become unreal. Yet, here we are. The brand-new Microsoft Surface tablet has been publicly presented and has already become almost the most widely-discussed device after iPad 3.

In this respect, such enormous attention to the Surface tablet is absolutely justified. To start with, the device has become the first 100% Microsoft creation (that is, no side manufacturers were involved). Secondly, it works on the basis of new Windows 8, which is claimed to be highly upgraded in comparison with previous versions. Thirdly, its design is absolutely impressive, being stylish and innovative in its core, unlike in other company’s devices, which are generally taken as much inferior in style, than those, made by Apple or Samsung.

Moreover, the last but not the least reason to get interested in Microsoft Surface tablet lies in the fact that it has taken almost 3 years to create it. Therefore, it surely has what to offer to users.

As for the predicted price of fresh Microsoft Surface tablet, it is planned to reach up to $600 – 700, so that the device becomes seemingly affordable for average buyers, at least in the USA.

What about others?

Since 2 out of 3 rivals on the tablet market, namely Apple and Microsoft, have already presented their new devices, it’s high time for Samsung to join the next battle round with the modified Galaxy Tab, for instance. Even though the current version of the tablet is already stylish in design and full of essential features, like the numerous default applications (e.g. Adobe and 4shared apps), there’s always a way for development.

Let’s wait and see.
