I approach training the same as I do competitions just because I have to in order to become “the best”. – Ryan Lochte

We start. Bam!

With that, the sentence above, Ryan Lochte has stated about how he goes around into practice and training.

So crucial that we look at his training and examine how he goes into each training session.

He says he goes with the same mentality into training just as he would into completion.

On the internet side, competition and the field of competition are the other blogs.

The training is the work we put in to make our site better and the content we create. In order to dominate the field, we have study and work “smarter” than your fellow webmaster.

I have to go there(training) with a purpose and actually try to become one of the greatest swimmers. – Ryan Lochte

He has already become one of the greatest swimmer in history and is currently a living legend alongside Michael Phelps. As he said from above, he goes with the same mind as when he goes into competition.

So we know he has already a goal and a purpose to get there.

Do your work with a purpose. If you are looking, not to necessarily be the greatest, but to succeed with your site then have a meaning to everything you do.

When building up your reputation as a site owner, always show your best work in every aspect of it. Produce the best content if your blogger or market your site with excellent products as a legit internet marketer.

I hate to lose. I like winning. - Ryan Lochte

Many champions are not mindless of that statement above. Even I hate to lose. I can’t stand. That is why this blog is still running to this day and moving forward.

Ryan Lochte hates losing. I don’t blame him. It is a horrible feeling.

Every time  you quite on a task on purpose, it is like losing. And the feeling afterwards is so horrible to feel. Right?

So next time don’t procrastinate on a job and go forward with it. Suffer the feeling of discipline then suffer the pain of regret.

Ryan Lochte is a competitor and is always competing with his rivalry, Michael Phelps.

He did not say that. I made that statement up on the fact that this saying is so true.

If there was no Phelps, then there wouldn’t be any Lochte. And vice versa.

Competition is a good thing. Don’t be afraid of it.

Find competition that you can deal with on your level and go up against it!

Overtime, your voice will be heard and be refined through the fire. It is all about creativity at this point.

Ryan Lochte makes it a must to train the foundation of his body, the abs and core.

Same here. Just like I mentioned before, this statement is made up by me. But none the less, very important.

Same goes for the webmaster making his dream a reality. Start with the basics. For a new blog, this is a must.

Start with the fundamentals of blogging and overtime you will refine your methods to more complex operations which will need more help and money anyway.

The big picture is the Trials and Olympics. I just have to keep focused for that, keep moving forward. – Ryan Lochte

We can all assume that is his ultimate goal and what he is working for. Of course, every trial and olympic game can be different with a name, but overall he is looking at doing his best.

Dream about the end state of your site. Think about what you want to accomplish for your next goal and always have that mental picture implanted in your mind. You are going to need that for your direction and motivation to move forward.

I think after the 2008 Olympics I wasn’t really satisfied with the outcome, so I knew I had to change some things. – Ryan Lochte

Sometimes I have to do the same thing. If I am not happy with an outcome of a goal accomplished, I will look at everything on the table and see if my investment is worth it.

Always accomplish a goal first, then evaluate. Do better. Don’t keep doing the same result over and over again. Not worth it.

“We had our minds set on it all year. I’m glad I could go out and accomplish these goals.” – Ryan Lochte

Speaking of goals, the first task is to achieve each one of them through hard work and dedication.

Set your goal in place on paper and on your mind, to achieve them. Set small goals combined to create bigger ones.

I’m big into fashion, so after swimming, when I hang up the Speedo, I definitely want to get into fashion and start designing my own clothing line. – Ryan Lochte

This is a quote from Ryan that caught my eye. He loves fashion. He has an eye for it and have noticed some of his modeling pictures.

Even with trying to gain success on the internet, have another goal in another atmosphere in the meantime. Trust me, it works to relieve some of the pressure and anxiety cause by the internet dream.

Last Note from Ryan Lochte

Every Olympian has a story to tell. Ryan has one. Phelps has one too.

I could have written an article all about Phelps himself, but this time I wanted to choose an Olympian that has a big goal in these Olympics in London.

I am not saying Phelps doesn’t have a goal either cause he does, but rather for the future great Olympian that will be the center stage.

We all should learn from these greats, and add part of their mentality to our journey in the internet world.
