  • According to a paper published in Admap last year, 0.5% of brand fans are talking about those brands on Facebook. Of the 200 brands studied, just one showed fan engagement above 2%. [see latest Adnews] It’s called SOCIAL media for a reason.
    By the way, the same publication assures us that DM is still far more effective than email campaigns. More research, Jason, few thought bubbles.

  • 200 brands isn’t much of a sample. No thought bubbles, only saying what I see all around me and experience. We could both come up with stats and bubbles all day, but we cannot deny the monumental shift in how people communicate and business must adapt to meet consumer preferences.
