  • Thanks Olivier for sharing insights on social media ROI.. and hope you can come up with part two of your book. It’s sad that 73% of CEOs think marketers don’t understand the business; maybe, they are partly to blame because they don’t share the ins and outs of how things are run so that the marketer can identify new opportunities to tie up offline with online marketing. I’m writing out of experience.. sometimes, I wonder if business owners should optimize themselves first before they hire someone who can optimize media channels for them.
