  • The topic is simple, but so powerful, Jacky. I think it’s funny that some businesses still behave in a way that isolates the likeability of the brand. There are so many examples of businesses doing it right and relating to customers through content and support, but still so many that still assume social media channels are meant for broadcasting promotions and sales.

    The power is in the hands of the customer with the access they have to write reviews and broadcast their experiences on social media. They determine the success of a company.
