    I love the point that social media branding is not just about attracting new customers, but is also about connecting to current customers.

    Customer loyalty is the result of the strong relationship that businesses build and grow with their customers, so rather than focus on attracting, it’s equally important, if not more so, to retain the customers you currently have so that they can become emotionally connected to you and your business.
