    • Yes, that’s true. I don’t think it’s a coiincidence they are high growth businesses ;) Social tools absolutely provide great ways to enhance collaboration and improve processes. Obviously, what matters most are the people & processes. Unfortunately, many businesses still have a far too conservative approach.
