  • Totally agree with the apology. So often, companies won’t even admit when a mistake is made. From personal experience, when I don’t hear an apology, it just makes me all the more livid! It’s so simple to offer an apology and turn things around. I agree, it tends to throw people off…instead of continuing down the path of anger, they switch to saying things like “it’s ok,” or “thank you for understanding.”
