    Good basics Susanna especially on counting on the entire company to help. There should also be a company-wide social media policy and training to ensure people are leveraging social media in a positive way that impacts the audience you’re trying to engage with and also positions the company in the right way. Creating relevant, “shareable” content is also critically important as is sharing relevant content that someone else created. In addition to setting goals, there should be agreed upon KPIs and success metrics to see how social media marketing is impacting the business but also influencing or contributing to the revenue pipeline.
