  • We are overwhelmed lately with setting up our social media platforms as we near our new launch date and desparately reading all we but drowning in it at the same time… then today I discover your post and I am above water again- I see what I have to do! I especially like your table, tools suggestions that I didn’t know about and your priority for measurement- Ah! Thanks I can relax now:)

    The last two are good. The first one is not so good unless people are already in love with your company, product, or service. The last thing people want to see in their social network is corporatized communication or a marketing brochure. So unless you’re explaining how your company, product, or service empowered a real customer to do something really awesome, save it. No one cares.
