  • Excellent insights Joseph, always good to see points reinforced with a great infographic. Certainly a holistic approach to a social strategy is essential, and phasing this in gradually is better than rushing in with a disjointed strategy which doesn’t account for the huge number of communication touch points which now combine to define a customer experience.
