    Patrick, you hit the most crucial nail on the head… setting up your customer base for conversions. Yeah, social media is wild and free, but a lot of businesses try and hammer you to follow/like them for no reason. They need to give something in return (coupon,enter to win, etc).

    Social media is a LOT of work, even though it appears to be easy…

    You are right, social media has to be a two way street. Listen is one thing but you need to respond and respond to what people want!
