  • Melissa, these steps make for a very good process. I would simply add “authenticity”. My work is focussed on social engagement within the enterprise, and the employees I’ve talked to stop reading the the big cheese’s blog when they feel that it’s just another medium for reading corporate memos. A bad start is when tweets and posts sound like they were written by the communications department. Worse is when they actually are.
