    Thanks for sharing that terrific infographic Jomer. With more and more businesses moving to web marketing and advertising, these metrics are becoming even more imporant.

    The only problem is that many business owners don’t want to know this stuff. When I try to explain how I improved their site’s bounce rate from 80% down to 60%, the client’s eyes just glaze over. For them all that’s important is comparing how much they are paying for SEO consulting work versus how many more phone calls and enquiries are coming in. i.e. what’s their ROI.
