Fender Musical Instruments, which makes the guitars used by rock legends, has filed for a $200 mn IPO. Approximately half the proceeds are expected to be used to pay down debt. The company plans to list on NASDAQ and trade under the symbol FNDR. The lead underwriters are JP Morgan and William Blair.
