It was a fun day filled with teen celebrities as High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale celebrated her 27th birthday in Malibu, California. Three young celebrities, in fact, were pictured along with their male companions. Well, maybe one seemed out of place, as Selena Gomez was sighted frolicking in the shores with someone who was definitely not Justin Bieber.
The “Wizards of Waverly Place” starlet was seen playing in the waters with a good looking young man in shades as the party went along. At one point, the man even hoisted Gomez atop his shoulders in a classic fireman’s carry and brought her towards the water. Selena, however, probably didn’t want her hair getting wet, and promptly left the scene. The two seemed very comfortable with each other, though, and they were all smiles as they teased each other on the shore.
Justin Bieber, 19 year old Selena’s boyfriend, was not at the gathering, and so was not able to see all the touching and carrying and laughing that had been going on. What can be said, however, that while the Canadian star may have edge in looks, and probably talent, the mystery guy definitely wins in the body department, as he was able to carry Selena with ease, something that Bieber, with his slim frame, would probably have a difficult time doing.
Meanwhile, Zac Efron’s ex Vanessa Hudgens was seen with boyfriend Austin Butler as they arrived a bit later. The 24 year old singer, actress, and Ashley Tisdale’s “High School Musical” co-star broke up with Efron two years ago, and has been dating Butler for a little less than a year. Hudgens had also been involved in several controversial issues over the years, the biggest of which was when photos of her photos leaked online. It seems as if this was not an issue for Hudgens and Butler, however, as they, too, both seemed to be very happy and are assumed to have spent the night in the beach house due to them lugging along overnight bags for the each of them.
Of course, birthday girl Ashley Tisdale was seen with boyfriend and director Scott Speer. The couple have been dating since 2009, and despite the news that they have broken up since 2011, no sign of it could be seen as they had been pictured being intimate with each other, as well as kissing on the Malibu beach. The singer and “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” star wore a lime green bikini top and Daisy Duke shorts while Scott stayed formal yet cool in his shirt and jeans.
The three, especially Hudgens and Tisdale, have been friends for a long time, as the three have grown up together with Disney. With regards to what could be called as Selena Gomez’ “beach fling”, however, no comments from the two as well as information with regards to the mystery have been retrieved, though fans, and probably Justin Bieber himself, would surely be interested to be in the know.

Ugh for gods sake, can’t a girl have a good time without her boyfriend? For starters, that ‘mystery guy’ is friends with Justin, and if Selena really WAS going to cheat she would be smart enough not to do it completely out in public. They are friends and just having fun! This time next week it will all be over :L Justin and Selena are a great couple and you can see how much they are for each other.
