    I love the way Mark has neatly listed the 10 ways to create a personal blue print. I have a similar story to share. I have a small business back home and I have been actively promoting it since its inception. After trying all the possible mediums to promote it, I realized that mailing out customer satisfaction surveys is one of the best ways to retain your customers. I used the SoGoSurvey online survey software for this. It’s not very expensive and got me great results!
