As a content strategist, I spend a great deal of my time looking for content, finding new articles and information sources and of course, seeking freelancers, authors, bloggers and content managers, who can help to collect, create and diversify content.

Throughout my content curatorial, I’ve come to know some extremely talented professional writers and bloggers at the professional writers association of Canada – many who share their expertise through their own blogs and through other programs that feature content creators with fresh daily content.

One of my favorite “featured author” sites, is Business2Community, where each day newBlogger? Be My Guest! image GuestBloginterdisciplinary area content appears from top experts from across the Internet from some of the brightest minds in the industry. A variety of contributors, including yours truly, provide valuable insights from both a business-to-consumer and business-to-business perspective helping the visitor truly experience “Business-to-Community”.

In the same regard, Mashable! is another of my daily favorite news feeds that keeps me up to speed with technology and immersed in another expert forum. The collective of articles on this blog is sourced from a broad base of bold and brilliant minds — never boring.

Guest bloggers form a solid foundation for these blogs with a content strategy that delivers value to the visitor with each post on each page.

The success of these sites, amongst many others, has to do with the ability to attract high quality professional writers and guest bloggers. I had recently been introduced to a skilled online community that defines successful guest blogging at My Blog Guest.

Founder Ann Smarty explains what guest blogging can offer:
