Of course, we all know that guest blogging is an effective marketing tool that can resurrect a dead blog and transform a new blog into a money making machine!

If you’re a small business owner, this content would interest you.

I first discovered blogging late August last year. Of course, I faced trials and challenges from my parents at home, and I tried all sorts of traffic generation to grow my blog but I didn’t succeeded.

I doubt if I would have been able to succeed if it wasn’t for a close friend who encouraged me to be persistent.

Before I proceed into the main subject of this post, know this:

If you desire to become a successful web content writer or online entrepreneur, you must be determined and persistent. There’s nothing in life that comes easy; life has its own principles and you have to ‘’dance to its tune’’ to succeed!

If you study the lives of successful business owners like Valentine Belonwu, Ann Smarty, and Anita Campbell; you’d observe that they passed through challenges when they first started out but, they didn’t allow the trails to stop them; instead, they persisted!

Take this away: Success is precept upon precept; line upon line; there a little and here a little.

To become a successful entrepreneur, you must be persistent, hardworking, and prayerful.

Work Smart, not Hard

If you believe that working hard is the key to building an online business, you are wrong. If it was, why are factory workers or Carpenters not the richest people in the world today?

You need to understand that hard work isn’t the key to building a successful business.

I know you may not agree with me but I don’t care. I’m just telling you this, based on experience. Since last year August 2012 until date, I’ve landed over 200 guest posts of which I wrote over 100 of them in less than 4 months.

Whereas, I know a blogger (my friend), who have published well over 400 guest posts and his blog is still weak in terms of traffic.

Guest blogging is not really in the quantity but in the quality.

In order to get good results from guest blogging, you need to make extensive research and write eye-poking headlines for your guest posts. You also need to target reputable blogs in your niche (with at least, PR of 3 to 4) and not just any blog.

One quality guest post published on a page rank 4 to 5 blog is more effective than 20 guest posts on small blogs. I’m a testament that this works because, I’ve received over 250 unique visitors to my blog within 36 hours from a guest post published on a top social media blog.

If you’re a busy business owner, you could hire an experienced guest blogger to write quality guest posts for your company every month. Your company needs quality content and effective marketing tactics like guest blogging to drive traffic and win new customers.

Pro tip: you can kill ‘’two birds’’ with guest blogging.

Guest blogging is my number one marketing tool. If it can grow my blog traffic from nothing to 317 visits per day, it can work for you. Just give it a shot and you’d have yourself to thank in the future!

Promote your guest posts

I was able to get over 2,000 people view my content because I syndicated my post across feed sites.

The growth of your business lies in its promotion. Don’t just produce a product and wait for buyers to contact you; instead, promote it like a maniac!

If you’re a busy geek, hire people to promote your product.

Pro tip: Once a guest post is published, share it with your friends and colleagues on Twitter and Facebook.

My testimony: I can still remember a guest post I submitted to Nichereport (a real estate blog). The post is ranking for a highly competitive keyword in Google.

My success didn’t happen co-incidentally. I was able to achieve that because I had a guest blogging plan.

My advice to you: Invest time in writing for your blog and go out there to submit unique guest posts to top blogs in your niche.

Keep it straight and simple (K.I.S.S)

You can’t go a long way in business if you don’t obey this principle.

There’s no big deal contributing unique guest posts to top blogs in your niche. In fact, I never really believed I could achieve much through guest blogging until I started guest posting to top A-list blogs in my niche.

Take away tip: You don’t have to be BIG TO DO BIG THINGS ONLINE. In fact, you don’t need money to do big things, all you need is this simple principle, ”An Idea and a simple content marketing plan’’.

If you want to land guest post on top blogs in your niche, keep your writing as simple as possible.

Eat this Guest Blogging Pie!

If you have a business blog, guest blogging can boost your SERPS and skyrocket your marketing efforts.

With guest blogging, you don’t need to work hard but smart.

The above strategies highlighted above featured me in a local newspaper in my country and took my web content writing blog to the next level.

If I was able to achieve all these through guest blogging, you can achieve greater success, too…

You can contact me if you want to take your business to the next level through guest blogging.

Guest blogging is a powerful weapon that can either grow or destroy your business. Guest blogging is a marketing tactic. It’s like the ten commandments God gave to the Israelites. The Israelites had to follow those rules to stay clean and pure in the sight of God. That’s the way Guest blogging is.

If you want to have a successful guest blogging campaign then you must be ready to follow the rules…

If you’re not ready to submit or adhere to the principles of guest blogging, then don’t bother doing it because you won’t get any results.

Without mincing words, here are 5 guest blogging principles you must follow to have a successful guest blogging campaign. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a social media firm, real estate, or start-up looking to promote your brand through guest blogging, these principles will work for you if you apply them accordingly.

Principle 1: Don’t rush, plan–ANALYZE

Before starting a guest blogging spree, ensure you analyze the blogs you’re posting to. Study their writing style, post formatting, the kind of topics they cover and their target audience. This simple step can bring you lots of information about the blogs and it’ll definitely increase the chances of getting your guest posts accepted.

Pro tip: The reason why most brands don’t get results with guest blogging is because most of them aren’t aware of this principle. They just go on a guest blogging spree without making their own research about their target blogs. Dont let that be your case. Take your time to analyze your target blogs and you’d have yourself to thank!

Principle 2: Don’t aim for the Backlinks– build relationships

Relationship is the lifeline of any growing online business. And it’s also the most important element you need to have a successful guest blogging campaign.

Most bloggers guest post, just for the links without caring about the long-term outcome.

Don’t guest post on other blogs for the links, do it to build relationships with other blog owners.

Pro tip: I’m a firm believer of guest blogging to build relationships and you should also be, if you want to build long lasting relationships with blog owners and a successful guest blogging campaign.

Principle 3: Write ”Epic” guest posts

If you want your guest post to go viral on other blogs then you must do your best to write keyword-rich, insightful, thoughtful, and informative guest posts.

Here’s the link to a thoughtful post I published recently on www.socialmediatoday.

The guest post was viewed over 2,300 times within 24 hours and it resulted to 50 Twitter followers and over 240 visitors to my blog.

Don’t keep your best content for your blog–rather, send it to other blogs.

Take away tip: Think about what the above numbers can do to your firm or brand. Think about 300 additional visitors to your blog within 24 hours and over 700 visitors in 48 hours. Think about it!

Trust me; guest blogging can make MIRACLES happen in your firm or business!

Pro tip: Remember, first time impression counts. Don’t make the blog owner sweat over your post, spend time writing and proof-reading your content so it’ll ”stand the test of time”.

Principle 4: Don’t get too Busy–Promote your Guest Post

This is very important.

Whenever your guest post is published on a blog, make it your top priority to promote the post. Don’t get too busy with other projects–take out time to promote your post through top social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter and encourage your readers to comment on the guest post.

Don’t even bother guest posting if you know you’re don’t have the time to reply to comments. You can never have a successful guest blogging campaign if you don’t reply to your guest post comments.

Let me tell you something you don’t know:

Guest blogging isn’t really about the quality (though this is important), but about engagement. You need to show the blog owner that you’re responsible and that you value their readers. The only way you can demonstrate this, is by replying to comments.

Pro tip: If you’re a busy person, you can hire a guest blogging expert to handle the whole task or schedule time to reply to comments. Personally, I always ensure that whenever any of my guest post is published, I follow it up with a ”Thank you” message to the blogger and I subscribe to the future comments so that I can receive alerts anytime a comment is made on the post.

Principle 5: Give what belongs to Caesar— to Caesar

If you’re a Christian, you should be familiar with the above sub—headline,

”Give what belongs to Caesar to Caesar”.

That sounds like the wordings of Jesus. Oh! It seems like I’m preaching–let’s get back to business.

If you’re using images from other blog sites, give credit to the original sources.

The result: This will improve the chances of getting your guest post accepted and it’ll create a good impression on you and your guest posts

Your turn!

Generating real estate leads is not hard as some people think; in fact, it’s as simple as A.B.C.

You know why?

Because, people are everywhere–all you just need is to hand someone your business card and *poof* instant leads!

There are many ways to generate real estate leads such as referrals from past clients, subscribing to a lead generation services, Et al…

Though all these works, but you have to dig a little deeper.

The first rule to generate leads or become a successful real agent is to be conscious that leads are everywhere. You can’t achieve what your mind can’t picture. Believe that leads are everywhere you go; remove thoughts of failure or impossibilities; believe that there’s someone out there who’s ready to become your client and refer you more people. Once you do this, you’ll start seeing improvements in your business.

Make it a point of duty to tell people about what you do. Strike up a conversation with someone in a shopping mall or restaurant. Engage the person behind you, give them your business card, call them up and let them know how you can help them.

Were you recently in a bash party, or invited to a wedding? Give someone your business card. Connect with as much people as you can; strike up conversation with people you don’t know; smile even if they’re not smiling.

Network and collect those real estate leads. Don’t forget to take a photograph with the bride and groom, who knows? They may be shopping for their new home.

Pro tip: Opportunity comes once in a ‘blue moon’; take advantage of any social gathering you attend by giving out your business card. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the mosque, church, school, or even the bus. Make friends. Who knows if that young man sitting beside you in the church is looking to shop a starter home?

1. Be creative

Creative and smart people dominate the world we occupy. The only way you can over-take your competitors is by looking for more strategies you can apply to make your clients love you.

My Dad once said to me when I was a young kid that I should not be afraid to speak out or let people know who I am. The same applies to you. Don’t be afraid to get your name out there; send mailings, fliers, and do all you can to get your brand out there.

Do things differently. Be creative. Start by giving out gift cards to the first 20 to 50 people who sign up on your email list. This will encourage more prospects to sign up with you.

Pro tip: Remember, your competitors are out there planning on how to push you out of business; it’s up to you to stand out and become an unforgettable name in the real estate world.

Do things your competitors are not doing

2. Throw an inexpensive Barbecue party and invite your past clients

Another way to accumulate more real estate leads is to throw a party. Invite at least, 10 to 15 of your past clients and give them the provision to bring their spouses or at most, two of their family members. Make the party a memorable one by organizing a raffle draw or dance competition amongst your clients.

Let each family come out to display their dancing skills and reward the winner with a cash incentive.

Do something exceptional and *poof* instant leads.

3. Evolve—don’t do things the old way.

Most real estate owners complain of not generating leads whereas; they’ve been doing things the old way. As a real estate owner, It’s very important that you sharpen your skills frequently to stay on top of your game. Try to be as innovative as possible.

Your turn

Remember, real estate leads are everywhere; all you just need is to be conscious of it and it’ll become a reality. Get your contact out there; connect, invest, and those leads will pour in.

Yeah. You read that right.

Guest blogging is what I eat and drink ( just kidding), and I must confess that I’m one of those bloggers that have put in so much by writing and publishing over 120+ guest posts ( It’s over that actually) across hundreds of blogs in the last 4 months.

I didn’t become a professional guest blogger by night and of course, I faced trails and challenges and I’m more than delighted to share my struggles with you.

Before I continue, I’ll like you to know that there’s nothing you can’t achieve if you’re determined and diligent. I can still remember when I launched my blog late August last year. I struggled and worked myself out just to drive traffic and convert prospects. I must say it is not easy but I’m happy with the results I’ve gotten within this short period of time.

Here are the lessons I learned from writing over 100 guest posts in 4 months:

1. The Money is not in the list, it’s in the relationship

I’ve promoted several Moreniche health products in the past and one thing I’ve gained from these so called internet marketing gurus is that, building a list is important. But as I made a shift into blogging, my mindset changed.

The truth is, the money is in the list but if you don’t know how to build a solid relationship with your subscribers, your list is as good as dead.

Blogging made me realized that it’s not about the size of a list that matters but the response. This also explains why someone with over 15,000 subscribers can barely generate $1,000 every month. Whereas, I built a list of over 210 subscribers within 4 months that responds to my email newsletter.

Hint: The fact that you have over 10,000+ subscribers doesn’t mean you’ll generate profits but it’s how your relationship is, with your subscribers.

Don’t let your focus be on building a list (though it is important), instead; focus on delivering value.

2. Guest posting without a definite goal is a waste of time

When I first started out as a guest blogger 4 months ago, I didn’t have a definite goal on the results I want my guest posts to bring for me and as such, I was guest posting on almost every blog I came across.

Goal setting is an integral part of setting an online business. If you’re not a lover of goal setting, then you better be, because, the success of your blog relies in it.

If you’re a blogger, I believe you make decisions on what to blog about, which blogs to comment on and how to run your business but if you don’t have a definite plan or guide, you might not get results from your efforts.

Hint: Before the first day of every month, take a pen and sheet of paper. Write down your plans or core objectives for the month. Mind you, set reasonable goals.

Let me explain:

It doesn’t make any sense if you set a goal that you’re going to make $10,000 within three weeks. In fact, it’s not possible to earn that huge amount of money within that period of time; and even if it eventually happens, it’ll be by divine intervention.

So, make reasonable goals your faith can carry and don’t allow the ugly circumstances or what people say about you diminish your zeal.

In this new year, don’t blog aimlessly–blog with a definite goal.

3. Hardwork works, but working smart pays off!

I believe in working hard; moreover, I don’t know how I’d have been able to churn out over 100 guest posts within four months if I wasn’t hardworking.

When I first started blogging 4 months ago, I had thought that hardwork is the same thing as writing guest posts, making blog comments, waking up and writing a post, and joining the Pinterest league; but I was wrong.

Working smart is not about how much you put in but how much result you get by spending a short amount of time.

I know this because Tom Ewer blogs only 4 to 5 hours everyday; Bamidele Oni blogs about 4 hours everyday and Darren Rowse ( I’m not sure) but I guess, blogs, 15 to 20 hours every week. And the least amount this bloggers make is about 3 to 4 figures monthly.

I’m not telling you about this guys so you’ll be lazy but admonishing you to work smarter. If I had known the truth about working smart, I’d have achieved more success with my 100 guest posts.

Hint: In other words, get to know your audience, build a strong relationship with them and you’d get much better results. Now, that is what I mean by working smart!

4. Sometimes, it may feel like you’re writing to the wind, but don’t give up– don’t give in!

Blogging sometimes, looks like walking in a forest. When I started my blog, I felt like no one was reading my blog posts but I didn’t allow my physical senses deceive me; instead, I continued and did my best to work smart.

The result: Today, I average a total number of 5,000 visits every month with 150 to 190 unique visitors every day.

The truth is, if your blog is new, you may not get people to read it but don’t give up. Continue blogging and you’ll get to that level you’ve always desired (with time).

5. Getting Ideas for blog posts can sometimes be daunting

If you’re a blogger like me, you watch videos, read magazines, and read every blog you come across just to get blog post ideas. But the truth is, getting a blog post idea doesn’t have to do with reading (though, very important); it’s about being creative.

Easy ways to come up blog post Ideas

Use your life experiences

Share your past mistakes and practical tips on how corrected ‘those’ mistakes.

Interview other top bloggers in your niche- you could easily come up with blog post ideas by interviewing them

Pay attention to what happens around you– you could easily get blog post Ideas with the happenings around you.

6. Content is not enough– marketing works best

When I was still a complete newbie four months ago, I wrote quality blog posts for my blog but didn’t have people to read it and with time, I began to think blogging was not as profitable like people say.

If no one reads your content, your blog is as good as dead (my opinion).

Blogging without effective content marketing is a big waste of time. As for me, I ensure that anytime I publish a blog post, I market it with a guest post and as a result, I get quality back-links to my blog pages.

Hint: When you write a blog post for your blog; back it up with a guest post. Share it via Twitter, Linkedln, Facebook, Digg .. Et al.

Do your best to make your post go viral.

7. Don’t be afraid to try new things– that’s what blogging is all about

In the last four months, my blog has gone through various blog designs and various changes such as in the types of pages and blog posts. Don’t be afraid to take daring steps. Don’t be afraid to try new things or stop something if it’s not working. Don’t give up tasks easily. Try new pages, post frequencies and types of posts; but ensure you monitor your blog status to get a feel on what posts are driving away visitors.

8. Don’t give up easily

Guest blogging can sometimes be boring; especially if you’re not seeing traffic or clients. It is estimated that over 40 to 60% of blogs abandon after few months. Why? Lack of motivation. Don’t get depressed or emotionally weakened if you’re not generating sales or traffic; instead, keep at it.

Keep blogging and you’ll have yourself to thank on the long run.

Do you want to have a successful and profitable real estate business? Then you need leads— lots of them!

Without leads, there’s no income; without leads, there’s no sales; no profit… Nothing. Without leads, your real estate business is as good as dead (sorry).

As a real estate business owner, I believe the question that might come on your mind most times is,

‘’How can I improve my search engine rankings and generate more leads from my website’’.

The answer is simple and I’m going to reveal it to you as we move on with this article. Below are proven ways to generate leads from your website without breaking your bank account!

In fact, you don’t need to pay a dime for this.

Are you ready cowboy? Let’s do this.

1. Attract prospects with freebies and have them signup on your newsletter

Let me share a brief story on how this tip increased my email list.

When I first started out professionally as a blogger, I didn’t have enough knowledge on how to generate leads and make existing prospects stay and as such, I never thought that giving prospects freebies was that important. After 2 months of starting my blog and aggressive marketing with guest blogging, I found out that only 6 people were subscribed to my list.

Worried, sad, and depressed, I stopped blogging for a while until I came across an article about list building and relationship marketing. That article changed my life and gave me tips on what to do to boost my email list. Today, I’m happy to tell you that I’ve tripled the number on my email list and improved my search engine rankings.

Know this:

The fact that you have a huge list of prospects doesn’t mean you’ll make money. In fact, the saying that money is in the list is a big Lie. It’s a lie from hell. The money is not in the list—it’s in the relationship.

As a real estate expert and broker, don’t let your aim be on generating leads instead, it should be in cultivating a strong relationship with prospects.

The fact that you have over 15,000 leads doesn’t mean you’ll make money. In fact, I have a client (a real estate broker) who has over 20,000 leads on his list but barely makes $2,000 monthly. Why?

You’ll find out as we move on.

Pro tip: Once you’ve cultivated a strong relationship with your prospects; it’ll be easy to sell.

2. Make your contact information visible

How do you want prospective clients reach you if they can’t find your contact information? Common! Get serious with your business. Make your phone number and email ID prominent in your website footer and on every page.

Place it in a strategic place anyone can find it.

3. Make your website simple and navigable

You’re a real estate business owner—you don’t need those ‘fluffy’ designs and Ads—you need something simple and professional.

I was at my mum’s place last week surfing the web and I came across a real estate blog. Gosh! You need to see the ‘fluffy’ designs on the blog. You don’t need all that.

Your customers are not interested in ads or designs—they’re interested in what you have to offer. Try as much as possible to keep a properly organized and designed website. Make it easy to navigate.

4. Focus more on quality content

This is the best way to keep existing prospects, reach out to new ones and generate more leads to your real estate business. Google Panda is no smiling. In fact, Mother Google is not ready to tolerate any website that contains fake contents.

One thing you must ensure you concentrate on to generate more leads is quality content. Quality content is the backbone of any business. You need it to generate sales and boost your search engine rankings. Learn to write and if you can’t write or you don’t have time to, hire a ghostwriter to help you out.

How to go about creating a good content:

Spend enough time to research so you’ll have enough facts to backup your points. Don’t rush into writing an article; research, write, and edit later…

As for me, I make sure I research for 2 to 3 hours so I can come with an exclusive content.

5. Be smart–use prominent property photos

The first thing buyers will seek for when they come on your website is property information and photos. So make sure you use high quality photos and buttons to make the site look nice to home seekers.

There you have it!

Do you have any tactics you use to generate leads? Let us hear from you.

Let me know what you think in the comment section.

Hello friend,

I’m glad you made it to 2013! I know 2012 may not have been a great year for you but don’t lose hope because, that change you’ve always hoped for will come to pass this year.

In this article, I’ll be sharing some proven tactics I used to generate 250% in affiliate sales (through guest blogging) for a client of mine and how you too can apply it to grow your sales. These tactics explain how to go about generating quality leads, make more money from your list and how to leverage the power of guest blogging to boost your list of targeted prospects.

Have you ever wondered why some marketers profit substantially and while some, struggle to make a cent?

See, you’re my friend—if I keep the truth from you, I’m not doing you any good.

Here’s what I mean:

If you keep doing the same thing for years, you can’t succeed online. The internet is changing. In fact, there are so many things changing in the affiliate world. If you want the system to dance to your tune, you need to operate under its principles.

Now you’re thinking: ‘’What does this guy mean’’? Don’t worry. Let me explain better.

The reason why it seems like you’re not making sales or attracting targeted prospects is because, you’re doing the right things the wrong way. I don’t want to talk much but I believe that before I end this post, you would have grasped what I mean?

The opt-in comes first

Rather than sending traffic directly to your affiliate offer, send them to your site. If they click through your affiliate link to the merchant site and they don’t buy, chances are that they are gone forever. But if you send them directly to your site (you must have an opt in box on your front page or squeeze page) and they subscribe with you, you can sell them your product over and over again!

Pro tip: You can even redirect them to your affiliate page after they join your list.

Hint: Here is where relationship marketing comes in. The fact that you have them on your list does not guarantee you’ll make sales. You have to get close and build a strong relationship with them. I know this process sounds difficult but trust me; it is the best way to go about list building. In fact, it’s profitable and useful to the growth of your business on the long run.

Don’t be a photocopy machine– differentiate your offers

How would you feel if someone keeps sending you messages repeatedly? You will feel bad. Right?

That is the way it is, if you send the same advertisement that other affiliates send out. Don’t be a photocopy machine. Be unique. Let your subscribers see you as a trustworthy person they can rely on, to provide answers to their questions and solution to their challenges.

Hint: Stand out. If you don’t know how to write a good email newsletter, hire an expert or learn it yourself.

Resource: Read Copyblogger, Michael Fortin

Let your experience tell the story…

Nothing speaks louder than experience. Nothing speaks louder than results. If you want to market your blog and generate quality back-links to your blog pages through guest blogging, will you hire an inexperienced freelance writer or a guest blogging expert who knows the craft of guest blogging?

You have to include your life experiences when recommending products.

Make your experience answer questions like:

How the product affected your life?’

How your story began?

When you used it?

How much it cost when you first purchased the product?

Share these things–they matter.

Hint: Shame on you if you’ve not used the product. I don’t mean to be rude here but I think it’s not good recommending a product you’ve not tested yourself. That is dishonesty. If you want to build a thriving and profitable affiliate business, you have to be honest. Buy the product and use it. If it is good, recommend to your subscribers. ‘Shikina’ (Simple!)

Offer a heart-sucking or compelling incentive.

I have a question for you: If you buy a T-shirt from a shopping mall and then you’re given an additional gift, won’t you buy from the mall again?

That is the way it is online. Free things move people. You can capitalize on this tip and grow your affiliate sales. If someone buys through your affiliate link, offer a quality incentive. Whether it is an eBook, special report, video, white paper or anything–just make sure you offer something. I’m not saying you should offer a ‘fluffy’ product as a gift. It may bring down your reputation and might affect your business on the long run.

Pro tip: Offer something unique. Offer something of great value—something that will ‘Wow’ them.

If you don’t have anything to offer, hire a ghostwriter to create a special report or short eBook ( this will save you time and money) or buy a quality PLR product. You can even assemble a bunch of quality articles and compile them into an eBook.

Hint: Don’t say there is nothing to offer. Look around you—there is something to offer.

Affiliate marketing is not about building a list of prospects and making money off them; it is about serving and meeting the needs of people. It is about giving peoples’ lives a meaning. Therefore, the best way to show you care for your list is by giving them a gift. They’ll love you for it.

Look for good residual opportunities

Rather than exhaust your efforts or energy in promoting one-time affiliate commissions, why not promote products that offers residual opportunities.

Many residual coaching programs and membership sites provide residual opportunities; all you just need is to find them.

Hint: You can search for forums or ask your friends– they could have an idea on a coaching program or membership site that offers residual opportunities.

Diversify

As your list grows and you start making a large chunk of affiliate sales, diversify your offerings!

I mean: start creating your own products, other affiliate products, establish joint ventures, increase your connections, conduct surveys, cross–promote, co-author products, sell so-ads.. Et Al.

You can establish many businesses but start with these ones.

Pro tip: Don’t rush yourself–business is precept upon precept…

Guest blogging

Guest blogging is a core part of my marketing strategy. In fact, guest blogging alone, has helped me attract high paying freelance clients without banging their door, generate quality back-links to my blog pages and get free traffic from Google!

I believe most of you here, already know what guest blogging is; but if you’re just hearing about guest blogging, let me explain…

What is guest blogging?

I’m no English professor and I don’t believe in using BIG WORDS to explain things.

I believe in simplicity—I believe everything online should be simplified. If you’re thinking that I’m going to explain guest blogging with my academic proficiencies; I’m sorry, I will disappoint you.

Guest blogging is simply writing a free content for another blog with the aim of driving fresh traffic, back-links, and sales.

However, guest blogging is an effective marketing tool but you cannot achieve much with it if you do it the wrong way or hire inexperienced guest bloggers. If you want to generate more affiliate sales and grow your list through guest blogging, you have to hire an experienced guest blogger.

Here’s a simple step by step process you can apply to get results in your guest blogging campaign:

Have a simple blog or well designed squeeze page

If you don’t have a blog or you don’t want to start one then at least, you should have something like a content hub. The aim is to publish good contents that will serve as a marketing tool for your products or services. Guest blogging without proper content marketing is bound to fail. Therefore, before going on a guest blogging campaign, ensure you have good contents on your blog. If you need help with content marketing and guest blogging, seek the services of an expert guest blogger.

Submit only quality and relevant contents

There are many crappy, 500 words guest posts on the internet today. The people putting out these guest posts think they’re doing the right thing when they are indirectly destroying their business.

Guest post articles are the same as the normal contents on your blog but the value differs.

Take time to write and research your guest posts. Ensure they are about 700 to a thousand words. In case you don’t know, the value of one 3,000 word guest post is worth more than 10 crappy, 500 words guest posts; so, give it your best shot. If you want someone to run your guest blogging project, hire an experienced guest blogger.

Numbers does not matter.

A guest post on a blog like Copyblogger is more relevant than 10-guest posts on smaller blogs. In other words, blog authority matters a lot. So, stop the crappy guest posts and put more focus on producing good contents.

Don’t do what others are doing– be unique.

Don’t ever make the mistake of submitting the same guest posts to more than one blog.

It’s not good– in fact, Google does not support it. Don’t also use the same anchor text in your author bios’. Learn to ‘variate’. Try new things and be unique in your own way.

How do I pitch a guest post idea?

Do you feel bad or frustrated whenever your guest post idea gets rejected?

Don’t you think you’ve been going about it the wrong way?

Over the years, as an experienced guest blogger, I’ve used different guest post pitch templates but I’ll like to share one that I use more frequently.

Hello (blog owner name)

How was your day and how’s the weather over there?

It is cold here though.

My name is (name) and I am a (profession) from (your blog).

I discovered your blog few months ago and I’m really impressed with the great value you share with your readers.

I was thinking of writing a guest post but here is my guest post idea for your approval.

(Topic idea)

Would you like me to write up the draft?

BTW: How is the weather over there? It’s pretty cold here (optional)

Let me know what you think

Thanks

Daniel

(Your blog URL)

There you have my pitch template. You can copy or tweak it to your taste!

I can help you…

Yes. You read that right. I can help you generate quality back-links to your blog page, attract quality prospects, build your brand and grow your affiliate sales with my guest blogging skills. Since September last year, I’ve written more than 120 guest posts for myself and reputable clients.

Let me handle your content marketing and guest blogging project—I know how the craft works.

Your turn to dazzle me

You’re not going to improvements in your blog traffic and affiliate sales unless you take action. Don’t procrastinate, start guest posting TODAY!

According to Inc Magazine, 33% of new businesses fail their first six months; 75% fail within the first three years and 50% within their first two years of operation.

Here are the reasons why most businesses fail their first year:

1. Business plan

If you’re a business owner, you’ve probably heard of what is called ” a business plan’’ and if you haven’t, then you should be caned (just kidding).

Too many small business owners start up businesses without a strong business plan. They just start up businesses and expect the leads to come. One of the things you need to work on before starting your own franchise is your business plan.

Your business plan will identify your business goals; the amount you’re thinking of investing in the company’s first year of operation and the strategies you will utilize to make the business a success!

2. Lack of goals and objectives

If you lack preparation, you will perform poorly. I don’t know of any successful business today that did not set goals and objectives—in fact, some of these businesses go as far setting goals for themselves and measuring their performances throughout the year.

Many business owners create a business plan with the purpose of obtaining a loan–which is not supposed to be (my opinion). While it’s important to have a business plan, it is also important to have very specific objectives for the first year of operations.

When planning, create goals for your business. You can break these goals or objectives by quarter.

What I mean is, you can bring your objectives by first quarter, second quarter and the fourth quarter (you also need to measure your success).

You could set specific business goals like profit objectives, specific marketing and operational activities.

3. Failure to measure goals

I guess this was the reason why my dad’s first business collapsed its first year.

My Dad was too busy in growing the business and never had the time to access the progress or success of the business; so, his business collapsed the first six months.

It is good to establish business goals and objectives, but you also need to measure your efforts.

Hint: This tip is one of the most important things you need to implement in your business.

Pro tip: Measuring your goals and objectives will tell you whether modifications are required.

4. Failing to track finances

The reason why it seems like most new businesses fail is because many of them took on too much debt. Learn to pay attention to your finances. Don’t spend anyhow.

Pro tip: You need to keep careful records of the cash going in and out (cash flow record).

5. Failing to adapt

Most new businesses like doing things the old way–which is why most of them ‘flop up’ within the first few months. If you keep doing things the old way and you ignore the current changes in business, then you’re sure bound to fail in business.

Pro tip: You need to recognize opportunities and learn to develop new areas of expertise.

6. Poor marketing plan

You can’t get people to do business with you if they don’t know you exist.

It is a different thing to start a business and an entire different thing to know how to promote it.

It doesn’t cost a fortune to advertise and promote your business through online marketing, email, local search, media, public speaking, referrals, cold calls, sales letters, trade shows, workshops, seminars and direct networking.

Pro tip: Nothing is too expensive for the growth of your business. Invest wisely and you will earn the rewards in the nearest future.

‘’Be a viral marketer and your customers will locate you’’.

7. Underestimating the competition

You can’t expect your customers to be loyal to you– you need to earn their loyalty.

Watch your competitors, study their marketing strategy and refine yours to stay ahead of them.

You can do this by lowering your prices, offering huge customer discounts, giving freebies, extending warranties, improving product quality and introducing new products.

Pro tip: Pay close attention to your customers– if you don’t take care of them, your competitors will.

Do you want that?

8. Lack of funds

Many businesses fail their first few months because the CEO or owner runs out of cash.

Before starting up your business, you ought to know that you’ll need a start-up capital to sustain the business for the first few months.

Running out of cash is because of poor planning.

A properly written or developed business plan will tell you the exact amount you require for expenditures until the business starts generating cash for itself ( I mean until cash flow is positive).

A smart business owner should develop cash flow or income statements for the first two to three years of operation– that will tell whether you have sufficient funds to run the business until it becomes stable (profitable).

Your turn

Are you a business owner? Did you succeed in business within your first year of operation? Share your experience with us.

I know how hard it was when you first started your business and I know how much effort you put in to make it a success. Sadly, you can’t keep your business forever (my opinion) only if you’re planning not to sell it.

My dad is a business broker and as his first son (with deep experience in selling and buying houses), here are some tips that will help you in selling your small business.

Here are the tips you should consider when you want to sell your business.

Don’t just sell–know your reason for selling

When a prospective buyer shows interest in buying your business, one of the first questions he’ll ask is why you’re selling it. Your answer must be truthful and straight to the point. Don’t gamble (tell lies).

Just make them know your reason.

Hiding the truth will cause trouble for you if the buyer discovers the issues for themselves.

There’s always a best time to sell

Yes. You read that right. There’s always a best time to sell your business.

The best time to sell a business is when it is at its top PEAK of profits.

You cannot do it alone– get the help of a professional

Some of you may think ‘’do I really need to hire the service of a professional broker before I sell my business? I don’t want to have anything to do with them. I can do the selling on my own’’.

Ha! I feel sorry for you. I don’t care if you hire a solicitor or not– that is none of my concern. It’s just that I like you and I don’t want any financial calamity to befall you.

A buyer is likely to use an accountant or solicitor to help them buy a business and without the use of professionals, you may end up being on the wrong side of the deal. Never make the mistake of selling without getting the help of a professional.

Pro tip: Consider hiring an accountant, certified business broker or solicitor.

Get a business broker to determine the value of your business.

It’s important that you know the value of your business. It will make you know its worth and how to go about selling it.

Hint: Get an accountant or experienced broker to suggest your business value.

‘’Abradacabra’’ your business for sale

Oh! I l love this.

Just like when you’re trying to sell a car or home there are different things that you can do to make your business look eye-catching for sale.

Here are some legal requirements you need to take care of before you sell your home:

Financial documentation, account taxation, contracts and trading arrangements, assets insurance, health and safety issues, pensions documentation, intellectual property.. Et al.

Develop the skills of selling

It’s great to get prepare to sell but without getting someone to buy, it’s just a wasted effort.

Developing selling skills is one of the most important things you must learn to do as a business owner.

It will give you an edge.

There are great ways to find quality prospects and buyers; these include business brokers, magazines, advertisement in newspapers, and the internet.

Leverage the power of the internet

The internet is fast becoming the best way to buy and sell. In fact, according to a current report, most businesses sell their products or services through the internet. The internet is one of the best ways to sell your small business The advantage of using the internet to sell your business is that, your listing can get accessed to people all over the world.

Register your business for sale.

You can register your business for sale on the following websites:

www.loot.com

www.biztrader.com/place-ad.html

www.forumcommercial.com

http://business-trader.com.au/

These websites are one of the best platforms to register your business for sale.

Don’t sell your business if you have some legal problems.

Don’t ever go about selling your business if you have legal issues. Don’t ever think of it.

Think: You should have tied up any legal issues before thinking of selling your business

Your turn to dazzle me!

Make use of these tips, use your available resources, use your brain and the right (prospective) buyer will come. Trust me.

Do you want to boost your online sales?

Do you want to convert new customers into paying prospects?

Do you want to generate more leads to your small business emptying your bank account?

Then these tips are for you.

If you want to out-beat your competitors and stay on top of your game, you need to know this:

Starting a small business is not a ‘get rich quick scheme’.

It demands focus, patience, hard work, and persistence. If you think you’re going to bang a big buck the first day, then you’re deceiving yourself. Now that you know this, I’ll like to share some tips that I use to attract customers to my business.

These tips are proven, effective, and guaranteed to produce results if you apply them accordingly.

1. Check your blog.

If you’re not getting any traffic, then check your blog.

Does it speak volume of your personality?

Is your content solid enough to ‘woo’ your audience and convert them into paying prospects? If you answered ‘no’ to these questions, then measure your efforts and try to make some adjustments.

Give your visitors a reason to refer their friends or colleagues. Give them a reason to visit your blog again!

Pro tip: Remember, your blog is the face of your business. Your blog is what represents your personality. Sometimes, it’s not advisable to do everything alone. You can Hire a professional web designer to give your blog a befitting look.

2. Go viral on social networks!

If you’ve been wasting your time only on Facebook, it might be time you check out social media platforms like Twitter, linkedin, Myspace, and Google+

Figure out where your target prospects hang out on the most and go catch on with them. Develop a close relationship with them. Start up a conversation. Offer them quality information free!

Pro tip: Don’t try to sell–Offer value first!

3. Monetize your list

I love this tip the most.

Send an email BLAST to your existing customer base asking for referral or offer at least 10% commission for any new client they refer. They’ll sure want to refer a friend to you if they see that the value you offer is amazing.

Pro Tip: Don’t forget to keep in touch. Make sure they are happy with your service and ask them for a recommendation on Linkedln

4. Free buzz convert better

Create a special EBook, report, white paper, free evaluation or product sample to you build your email list faster.

A mistake most business owners make is offering ‘fluffy’ PLR products to boost up their email list. If you love your business, and you want to keep your existing customers, don’t ever use a PLR product (Unless it is of great quality).

Hint: Emails convert better than any form of customer communication. It is a great way to boost your income, keep in touch with your existing customers, educate a new customer and demonstrate your expertise. Take out time during the week and write a quality free report (It does not have to be 50 pages. Just make it short but ensure it is of good quality).

5. Become a visible online Ninja!

Be visible on different social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, forums, and other online communities. People will be do business with you if they see you regularly online.

Pro Tip: Be visible on blogs, forums and online communities. Share your knowledge, discuss latest issue in your niche, demonstrate your expertise, and share your deep secrets…

6. Do something different

Are there things your competitors are missing out? Capitalize on their weakness.

Tweak your product or services. Look at how you can serve your customers better. Deliver exceptional value your customers can’t refuse. Your prospects will do more business with you if they know you can offer more value for their money

Pro Tip: Let them feel like they are cheating you Lol. You are not a fool; you are doing this for the future of your business. You’ll have yourself to thank later on.

7. Get yourself on a good spot in the search engine

It is important that you get yourself on the top 10 or 20 search engine results. Know the algorithms of the search engines and don’t stuff your blog with keywords just to get a raise on the search engine. Post quality content. If you don’t have the time to market or update your blog with persuasive contents, hire a freelance writer (I’m a freelance writer and guest blogger– I can help you!)

Pro Tip: Make your website search engine friendly and if you think you need help with SEO, hire professional SEO experts!

8. Don’t ask for money– give a free speech!

Organizations are looking for quality speakers who do not charge, because experts like me charge thousands Lol. I have done my share of free speech when I first started out and I cannot count how many profitable gigs I got from ”those” free speeches.

What do you think?

Do you have any other tips to attract new customers? Did you learn some new things?

Share your opinion.

Let me know what you think in the comment section.

As a business owner, you must strive to improve on the quality of your product or service. The reason why most people don’t grow is because they do things the old way. They are not willing to learn about the new trends in town–they prefer doing things the old way.

Whether you’re a fortune 500 company or an established business owner, don’t get comfortable with the present level you are, in your business. Strive to make improvements from time to time and you’ll see the way your business will grow.

Without wasting much time, here are quick tips to guide you on how to improve your business.

Be accountable— keep score…

It’s surprising to know that most businesses don’t keep track of their financial records and workflow. As an established business or entrepreneur, learn to keep records of your cash flow and workflow. Make sure you supervise your financial records or hire a certified accountant if you lack the financial and managerial skills.

Trends– monitor them

No small business operates in a vacuum—changes occur from time to time. If you must improve the growth of your business, stay current on trends, issues, and changes happening in the business world.

Who knows? Some certain events or changes in the global world may affect your business.

Be a goal setter

I don’t know of any business owner that doesn’t set goals. If you don’t believe in setting goals then I’d advise you quit. Most business owners are goal setters. You can’t achieve much in business if you don’t set goals. Setting goals is like keeping a score. It is like constructing a plan for your business.

Hint: Pick up a pen and paper and write your goals for the year. Don’t set goals you cannot meet– set reasonable ones your faith can carry!

Motivate your employees

How would you feel if your dad presents you a gift for being a good and obedient child? Good. Right?

Become like your dad in business. Reward talented staffs. Motivate your staff members by giving cash prizes

Don’t sell the old way– sharpen your selling skills

Have you ever wondered why fortune 500 companies spend several thousands to hire selling experts?

If there’s anything you need to make improvement on to grow your business, it’s your selling skills.

Invest by hiring sales professionals to train your employees. Whether you’re running your business alone or managing your sales team, focus on sales improvement.

Pro tip: This is very important

Leverage the power of the internet

Do you have a business blog? If you don’t have, then start one. Develop a close relationship with your prospects and attract new customers by joining and staying active on top social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

Start up a blog, post quality contents, start up a Facebook fan page and hook up with your readers on Twitter.

Do all you can to get your business active on the internet and you’ll have yourself to thank in the nearest future!

Many people think of blogging as a ‘get rich quick scheme’. They think all they just need to do is to set up a button and ‘PAM’, they have a blog and their business is up. They don’t want to invest their time, money, and energy.

If you’re not ready to give all it takes for the growth of your business, please stop reading this article. I don’t mean to be rude but, I don’t see any reason why you should read this article if you’re not ready to give what it takes to grow your blogging business.

I’ve been doing business online now for close to 2 years, counting my fails and it’s a question of the power of endurance.

The thing is, if you keep at it, you will make it!

Blogging is not for lazy people. It is for people who are ready to work hard and are passionate about the needs of people. Most people think running an online business is like A.B.C. Getting an online business up there is real hard work, but many people are not ready to give it all it takes (money, time, resources).

If you’ve not half success with blogging, it means there are something’s you’re doing wrong.

Look deep down into yourself and see why you fail at blogging:.

Here’s why your blog is not growing:

1. Your writing sucks

This does not mean you have horrible English. What I mean is, you’re not able to write in a funny and interesting way. If you’re passionate about a topic, it will shine in your writing and your readers will refer more of their friends; but if you suck at writing, then don’t consider starting a blog (it will never work out) or even if you want to start a blog; hire a professional freelance blogger to help you create quality content.

2. You’re not patient

You think blogging is a get -rich-scheme. You think building an email list takes days. Don’t deceive yourself. You’ll probably never get the kind of visitors you wanted in your first or third month but with patience and persistence, you will get the amount of readership you’ve always desired.

There are times you will feel discouraged and depressed to continue but don’t give up–don’t give in. Don’t allow the things you see determine the success of your business.

The things you see now are just temporal, but the things that are to come are eternal.

Pro tip: Be willing to put more work even when it seems like nothing is happening.

Don’t give up–maintain your faith!

3. You give up too soon

Building an internet business takes time and you’re probably not going to reap the rewards until after several months or even years.

Well, I can’t blame you for giving up too soon; after all, it is normal to expect immediate results from anything you do (that is the nature of humans). However, you need to know that building a blog takes time but the reward will be great if you stick to a ‘MASTER PLAN’.

4. You don’t know where to start

Without a plan, you can’t go far with blogging.

The reason why most blogs fail is because they don’t have an ultimate plan.

If you really want to build a profitable business blog, you must have an ultimate goal in mind. You must have a master plan and you must learn to dream big.

You need to know where to start–that’s the secret of building a successful blog.

5. You’re scared of failing

Huh! You amaze me.

If you’re afraid to fail then you can’t achieve much success with blogging. Don’t be scared to make mistakes. Take up the plunge and start a blog; you’ll learn on the job.

Nobody is perfect; we all are working towards perfection.

What do you think?

Do you desire success or failure?

Your choice.

Look deep down into yourself and figure out where you’re lacking. Capitalize on your deficiencies and ensure you work on these tips.

There are hundreds of blogs created every day (if not every second), which is a very good thing but, how many blogs are able to stay long? How many blogs last 6 months?

The key to running a successful blog online lies in your ability to create engaging and heart compelling content. Time has gone when Google ranks keyword stuffed sites. In fact, if you ever make the mistake of stuffing up your contents, with keywords, your ranking might go under overnight.

The very successful blog owners today, are people of vision. Right from day one, all they post on their blog is quality content. In case you do not know, only quality content can resurrect your blog from the dead. If you have been spending pennies to get contents written by blog ghostwriters, then it is time to set aside a smart budget and hire a professional blog ghostwriter.

As a blog ghostwriter, I have worked for several online business owners and one question most of them seem to ask me the most, is, ‘’How to create a simple blog post readers will love’’?

My answer: By writing, what they want.

Throughout my years as a guest blogger and blog ghost-writer, I have mastered the art of writing quality blog posts that will engage the reader and attract the search engine.

Writing a blog post is not as hard as some people think. In fact, it is as simple as ABC.

All you need is focus and determination.

In this article, I will be sharing with you, how to write a simple but effective blog post.

1. Let research come first

Do you think you will pass if you don’ read for an examination? Definitely not

It is the same way when writing blog articles.

You need to do your homework first. Do your research.

Never lift a finger on your keyboard without researching first. As for me, I find it easy to write a perfect blog post within 25 minutes.

How am I able to achieve this? Because, I make sure that I research every ”nitty gritty’’ before writing.

If you are ever going to attract the search engines, you need to research. The search engines are humans. In fact, they walk eat and drink just as we do as humans (just kidding). They are very sensitive. The only way to get their attention is by researching and creating a well-detailed and informative blog post.

2. Write for a fourth grader.

Your readers do not care if you have a master’s degree in English or you passed out from college with a first class. They do not want to read a science book.

They do not understand ‘those’ big words you are using. All they want from you is to write in the language they understand–Simple English!

Make it easy for anyone to read your blog posts. Use simple words people will understand. If you leave out any words that are hard to understand, you will make your readers upset (They’ll never come back again).

Pro Tip: Keep your contents simple and informative.

3. ”Spice” your blog articles with images

Writing a blog post with only text can sometimes be boring. If you really want to attract more people to read your contents, add images, videos and maybe, discussion plug-ins. Add some fun.

4. Know the state of your flock

It is not wise to give your audience what they dislike.

Give them what they want and earn their reward. You may ask, ‘‘But how”?

Write a blog post that addresses their challenges.

If you are short of blog post Ideas, talk to them and ask about the topics that interests them the most. Convince them to tell you their questions, problems, and goals in life. You can then align the information you get to create a perfect blog post that addresses their needs.

5. Format your post

Make your post readable. Make your paragraphs short. People don’t read much. They scan.

Two to three sentences per paragraph will do!

Your turn

The question is, do you have enough time to manage the contents of your blog?

If you do not have the time, hire a Ghostwriter to write your contents.

Ghostwriters have the ability to write heart compelling and remarkable blog posts from scratch.

What do you think?

Do you have any more blog writing tips to the ones above?

Let me know what you think in the comment section.

In order to win business deals or make a sale from a customer, the customer needs to know that your service will help solve their problems. The best way to get a client hire you is by proving how effective service your is, to their business.

They need to get to the point where they’ll trust that you’ll make things better for them.

Just because you know how effective your product or service is, doesn’t mean a customer will. There’s a very huge gap between both of you. You need to convince the client that you’re more than skilled to surpass their expectations.

Based on my experience and relatioship with people, I’ve found out that the best way to get more repeat business is by telling them the result your product or service will bring to their business.

Show them testimonies of people who’ve purchased your product or hired your service. Let them see a reason to hire you.

In this article, I’ll be sharing with you, killer tactics to make people want to do more repeat business with you. These tips are tested–proven– and guaranteed to get you results. They’re founded on how people think and act.

1. Let them Know the result they’ll get by hiring your service or product

Can you craft out a case study of how your service or product helped improve the business of a client of yours? Do you have proof– pictures and the testimonials from happy customers? Can you show them your product or prove to them how effective your service or product is?

Like my Dad always say ( He’s a sales man), ‘Don’t tell, show’.

In other words, don’t tell the customer theskill you have or the number of clients you’ve work for– instead; show it out! Let them see it.

Craft a case study of the effect a company or client had by ordering your product or service.

Give them a reason to want to hire you.

You get what I mean?

Show your clients the advantages of your product or service.

Show them how it’ll help save their time– how it will improve their business and make them more money. Make them want to fall to hire you. Be viral…

Make them know how your product will make them get younger–richer–bigger– Gorgeous– beautiful–handsome–skilled–knowledgeable and so on.

For example, If you’re offering a service as a Freelance Writer or copywriter, show your customer a testimonial of how a client ranked on top Google after placing your content on his blog. Give them a proof to back it up and you’ll be surprised at how clients will rush you for freelance writing jobs.

2. Over-deliver!

If a client hires you, make him/ her want to go ”wow” by over-delivering.

People love it when they get much more than the value of their money.

As a Freelance Writer, One thing I always do when a client order an article is to craft out an exceptional content to back it up. I also go the extra mile to submit the content as guest post to a top blog with a link back to the client’s blog.

Now tell me, Don’t you think the client will be more than willing to keep me as a permanent Freelance Writer?

Pro Tip: Apply this to your business. It’s very important if you desire to get more repeat business from clients.

Your Turn!

Do you wish to get more repeat business from your clients? Then apply these tips. I’m a living testimonial that they work!

If you’ve been making sales or these days you’ve noticed a decrease in your sales, I’m going to show yo

u a little secret I use often ( please don’t tell ‘’them’’ I told you. It’s a secret between me and you, lol).

Selling has a pattern and if you really want to dominate your niche and see an increase in your sales, you must be willing to follow what I call a ‘’rare pattern’’.

Four months ago, I started a home business and amazingly I was making huge sales within my first few weeks. But last week, my sales dropped so low that I began to wonder if I did something wrong; so I found three tips that helped sky-rocket my sales overnight!

In this article, I’ll be sharing with you vital tips you can apply to boost your sales if you’ve noticed that your sales has dropped down, and tips you can use to boost your sales.

I wrote this article from my heart and it took me two hours to finish it. I believe that after reading this, you will go ‘’wow’’, and your sales will ‘’burst’’ the door.

Step 1#: Offer value

Value is a rare attribute, and it only possesses those that are willing and ready to follow its principles. Value is what will define your business and make your sales grow overnight

As an online marketer or blogger, what should be on your mind anytime you want to sell your product or services to your customers is value.

. If your customers see this attribute in you, they will purchase anything from you when they know that you’ll always offer them something worth much more than what they expect.

Step 2# Be caring— let your gaze be on what your customers want.

I’ve been selling since I was 16 and I’m not ready to quit. One thing I’ve noticed is that customers are not really in search of your services or products, what they really want is a feeling of satisfaction after using your product or services.

When promoting your product or services through sales letters and video presentations, don’t talk about the feature of the product or how it works, instead talk about the benefits( It’s advisable that before you introduce anything to your customers, you should have already used it).

Quick fix: display the benefits of the product in clear or vivid pictures, and tell them how cool or enjoyable you felt while using the product.

For example, if you sell an acne product, describe how it feels to live an acne free life. How you’re now able to walk and go to parties and anywhere you want to go to.

Step 3# Know and care about your list— contact your non-buyers.

Know this. Most prospective customers will not buy from you the first time they see or hear about your service. If you’ve not been following up your prospects, you’re already losing a lot of sales. So start massive follow-up today.

Quick fix: set up an emailing system for collecting both the names and contact information of all prospects and while doing this, offer a special report in exchange for their email addresses.

This tips I believe are things I believe you already know but ignore a lot. But believe me, if you start applying this tips in your business today, you’ll notice tremendous increase in your sales.

Do you think it’s possible to build a billion dollar online business? Yes, I believe even if you have doubt in your mind.

The richest super marketers today didn’t start making millions their first month, they did with consistency and hard work. If you want to raise a beautiful family, build a good house and send your relatives to good schools with your online business then you have to start thinking like a billionaire.

Building a billion dollar business begins with a billion dollar idea!

You don’t need money to start up ‘’that’’ business, all you need is an idea. If you must make money online, then you must devote your time in meeting the needs of people.

Building a successful business online demands hard work. In fact you will face challenges and there are times you’ll feel like giving up; but listen, don’t give up, don’t give in!

Learn from successful online entrepreneurs

Zac Johnson

Zac Johnson started his business fifteen years ago. He started his blog ( Johnson.com) not because of the profit behind it, but because of his passion and desire for upcoming affiliate marketers to succeed.

His desire and vision brought him the fame and money he has today.

Michael Chibuzor

Michael chibuzor is a young guest posting Ninja who started blogging two years ago. His passion and drive to teach upcoming freelance writers how to succeed makes him thousands of dollars today from freelance writing.

What are you thinking, how far can you see?

I used this two successful entrepreneurs not because I felt like promoting them, but to encourage and tell you that it’s possible for you to make billions online. All you need is focus and direction.

Want to build a billion dollar online business? Read this…

How far can you see? Think big!

The universe does not help people with small ideas ( I mean, small vision). It helps people who can see far, people who can see into the future. It helps people who can see and think big despite the challenges around them.

You need to think big! Erase those negative thoughts and take up the helmet of success. You need the right mentality if you want to build a billion dollar business online.

Believe in yourself, and most importantly your idea!

If your belief is not strong, you’ll affect others around you. How do you want to get people trust you if you don’t believe in yourself? Close your eyes, refuse to listen to friends who hate you for your belief and make you think you cannot be rich.

Don’t procrastinate– focus

Do one thing extremely well until you’re good at it.

The power of focus is important if you must succeed online. Don’t allow distractions, stay away from them. Focus on your goals, work hard to achieve them and celebrate your victories.

It may take long, but don’t give up, don’t give in!

Every successful online entrepreneur produced results after plowing through difficult times and failures. If you’re afraid of failing then it means you’re not ready to be rich!

Over to you, my last words…

Remember, nobody is going to build your business for you. You are responsible for the upkeep of your business therefore, learn from this successful online entrepreneurs and apply the tips stated in this article.

All things are possible.
